Tap@Peders (Odd Side TTO) Copenhagen (09/09/2021) - black with a tan head. Big deep intense dark roasted and sweet malty with a complex layering of chocolate, caramel and fudge like sweetness, ashy and earthy roast, big full body and mouthfeel, oak soaked accented dark malty close. Warming, boozy bear hug of a finish. Gorgeous.

On tap at hoppzak. Pours super dark and with one of the darkest heads I've ever seen. Aroma is dark malts, light amounts of roasted barley, coffee, chocolate, rye, molasses, loads of oak and ample vanilla. Big body, think and luscious mouthfeel. Flavour is very sweet, very rich, caramel, prune, lots of coffee and chocolate, loads of oak and crazy vanilla from there. Double oak is definitely noticeable. Lovely beer. Rich, thick and crazy oak.
