Bouteille 750ml. De couleur brune foncée et voilée. Nez de levures fruitées (petits fruits foncés, notes de pommes vertes, traces d’agrumes) aux notes sauvages, rustiques et épicées, léger de malt rôti très doux et de houblon floral aux notes herbeuses avec des traces boisées. Moyenne-mince en bouche avec un pétillement moyen ainsi qu’une texture aux petites notes crémeuses. Goût légèrement acides et aux notes sûres de levures fruitées (léger de petits fruits foncés, notes d’agrumes, faibles traces de pommes vertes) aux notes sauvages et épicées (poivre très doux) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un moyen goût de malt rôti avec des traces de pain grillé puis en finale l’on retrouve des notes de houblon herbeux et floral avec des traces de chocolat noir. Post-goût moyen et un peu sec, composé d’un moyen goût de levures aux notes fruitées, aigres, et sauvages avec des notes rôties ainsi qu’avec des notes de houblon herbeux et de petites traces boisées.

750ml bottle. Hazy dark amber to brown colour with average to huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Unspecific tart aroma. Taste is tart with anaemic dark malty background. Unbalanced.

Fra flaske på Cardinaltreff des-10: hva skulle jeg gjort uten kamera og gode venner?Højt skum i beligsk stil, og med aroima av belgisk gjær og krydder. Lett i kroppen, passe syrlig og forfriskende - mao lett å drikke. OK uten å være eksepsjonell sa Sigmund.

Draft. Poured an amber-brown color with a small off-white head. Aroma is a touch citrus, with some slightly funky brett notes, and malts. Flavor is a little thin, but quite enjoyable none the less, citrus notes, some lightly toasted malts. Pretty smooth and enjoyable.

Aroma of strong brett and sour mash. Lots of sourness in aftertaste. Pours hazy dark copper - not quite noire, but dark for a saison. Ok but lacks character amidst all the other Jolly Pumpkins. Glad to hook this up on a free sample - these bottles are always way overpriced. On tap at Slow’s bbq.

Aroma has earthy notes, some sourness and roasted notes. Flavour is somewhat sour and salty with roasted and earthy notes. The Jolly Pumpkin salty and sour house flavour fits much better in the Bam Biere version.

tap at Brewhaven festival - Caramel brown colored brew with a lingering off-white head. It has a funky, fruity, sour aroma. The flavor is sweet and funky with a tart finish. It’s medium bodied and good though I can’t say as I’m crazy about it.

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber brown with a thin off-white head that dissipates fast with minimal lacing. Aroma is yeasty with sour rasberry notes and some malt. Flavor is mildly sour with malt and fruit notes intermingled.
