CBC St Mary's. Clear gold, clumpy white head. Good nose, doughy, malt, some honey. Flavors the same. A little metal. A little peppery hop. Medium bodied and dry. Well made. 7 6.5 6.5 7 6.5

Tap at Brewdog, Birmingham. Clear gold with small white head, some lacing. Very bready with some stewed citrus, veg and light grassy hop. Light to mid bodied. A bit average for the style.

Keg at BrewDog Soho, 05/04/24. Clear golden blonde topped with a white cap. Nose is pale malts, grains, herb, biscuit, fruit esters. Taste comprises pale and bready malts, grains, grass, hedgerow, lemon nip. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Tidy enough logger bier.

Keg draught at the Duke of Hammersmith. Light gold, clear with a small white head. Grainy aroma, some corn, some dried grass. Taste is sweet, with noted of caramel and honey. Sticks to the tongue in the sweet finish.an interesting take on the style. I like the beer but may not rush to have another.

Keg at Brewdog Lothian Road. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light floral hops and hay. Taste is more of the same. Light sweet finish.

330ml bottle: BB October 2023. A present from my brother Matthew, along with three others from this brewery and selection of more London brews, cheers Bro. Drank at home on 27th April 2023. Clean and clear golden body, white affair on top. Slight malty nose, some mild sweetness to the flavour, leading to a semi-dry finish. Easy drinking Helles, didn't find any honey.

(Draught at BrewDog Camden, London, 25 May 2022) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with bread, grain, grass, vanilla, toffee and herbal hops. Malty taste with notes of bread, grain, grass, herbs, toffee, a touch of butterscotch and a gentle herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of malt sweetness. Tasty and well made helles. Nice one.
