Draught at the brewpub as Das Legendäre Rauchbier. Lightly cloudy, copper colored. AROMA- pleasantly smoky, bacon, plum, cherry, strawberry, dark berries. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, just slightly bitter, a bit smoky, bacon, berries, touch of bread crusts. Medium bodied. Too light, still tasty.

Bottle from Cuso, thanks! Murky brown color. Apricot, smoky bacon and beechwood in the aroma. Full bodied. Malty sweetish flavor with lots of apricot, beechwood and bacon. Tasty!

Tap at the brewpub, 11th March 19. Pours a cloudy chestnut brown beer, white head. Aroma is mild smoke, meaty. Taste is smoky, roasted malts. Tasty stuff.

Tap at the brewery. Dark chestnut, creamy brown head. Smoked fish aroma. Medium light body, bacon fish, roast, smoke, sweet soot finish. A little bit unbalanced, but fun.
