Nice kölsch, crisp and clean and slightly sweet, with notes of apple, grain, cracker, and and firm floral bitterness on the back end. Tasty pint.

Can pour from Andover Classic Wines. Pale yellow, thin cap of head with fair retention, nice lacing. Aroma is pale/Pilsner malt, vague floral. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, soft carbonation, yeasty finish as taste. Crisp and refreshing. Decent for style.

Tip Tap draught, 5/19/23. Clear, pale-brass. Small, white head, medium-low retention. Crisp yeast and hops with snappy yellow fruit, he bey-pike malts and light mineral. Touch of light sourdough bread. Soft, malty, juicy almost with apple butter in warm baguette. Touch of mineral, fresh herbal hop. Exquisite balance and neither too sweet and malty not too dry and crackery. Shit ton of flavor. If you're not giving this a really high rating, what more could you want from a kolsch. This is crisp, assertive, malty and hoppy and isn't obnoxiously over-emphasizing the kolsch yeast character which can get too papery and appley.
