Bottle split at L6 zo fucken hote tasing, thanks to, 13/07/22. Hazed chestnut brown with a good sized khaki cap that dissipates edgewards. Nose is tarte dark fruit rinds, acidic nostril tickle, damp oak, vinous, spice, funk. Taste comprises dried red berry must, damp oak, funk, red grape skins, acidic bite. Medium bodied, light prickly carbonation, drying close with a balanced acidic edge. Decent.

pours a darker brown, small white head. Scent is mildly glue, oak, very fleshy, some cherry like aroma. Taste is sour, but with a far more roasty base than expected. makes me think (a lot) of Alvinne's versions, but apparently (if I remember correct) that's only 9% of the blend. Very decent, but not the best ever. Looses a certain refinement.

Foxy-cream head, receding over red-brown beer, not very veiled. End of bottle solid drab. Sourish, lactic, lightly acetic, vinous, oak. Dry, woody, oak, jumble - if mild - various acids. Something as partly dried banana, stored on wood. Dry figs, dried red berries, red fruit - but that last one not necessarily cherries. Serious acidthinning and -burn, not very carbonated. Classical - if very good - Oud Bruin. Never seen such collab, with some unlikely participants. More of this, please!

Hazy dark brown colour. It's woody, dry and vinous. Elements of sweet dried fruits like raisins. These sweeter notes get a bit knocked down by the strong vinegary sharpness.

Pale brown. No head. Bit of vinegar on the nose. Wood. A fair amount of tartness. But not super cohesive...I think the idea is interesting and I'd certainly like to know more about several of these breweries but the end product in this case isn't great.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy dark mahogany with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out barnyard funk, Worcestershire sauce, and red wine notes. Flavour is full of balsamic, Worcestershire sauce and dark fruits. Balsamic and tart, with decent complexity. Decent.

750 ml bottle. Pours a dark reddish brown with moderate head. Aromas of red and green berries, balsamic vinegar, malt vinegar, a bit of sugar, and dry bready malts. Flavors of red and dark berries, plums and prunes, and caramel malts. Tangy but not shock sour. Malty over sour. Interesting
