20/01/20 Aromat bardziej wiśni niż malin, oraz słód, aromat trochę octowy, ale raczej słodki, później maliny bardziej wyczuwalny oraz nuty zbożowe jak musli z malinami. Piana ciemno beżowa z czerwonymi rozbłyskami. Ciemne brunatne piwo nie przejrzyste. Nagazowanie średnie. W smaku przeważają nuty piwne. Kwaśna malina trochę winna jednak czuć wyraźne nuty chlebowe, słodowe i przyprawowe, i jakby kawowe. Ciało pełne aczkolwiek nie jest za bardzo kremowe bardzie takie oleiste.Alkohol troszkę rozgrzewa aczkolwiek nie przeszkadza. Ogólnie nadawało by się to piwo pić na ciepło jako grzaniec, interesujące aczkolwiek nie wiem czy bym się skusił drugi raz. p.s. te maliny jakby zwietrzały troszkę

Ein extra starkes belgisches Strong Ale, das mit Himbeeren eingebraut wurde. Was sich vielversprechend anhört, war mir zu abstrus. Ich habe mir ein knallrotes Geränk erwartet, das einen intesives Fruchtaroma hat. Dies war aber nicht ganz der Fall: Es ist eher braun-trübund riecht eher alkoholisch wie ein klassiches Strong Ale. Geschmacklich hat es mir überhaupt nicht gefallen: Es hat einen schnapsigen Kern, der mit etwas fauligen Obst eine süße Kurve zu schaffen versucht. Vielleicht war ich einfach überfordert, aber mir war es eindeutig too much.

Backlog September 2019. Black body under a big, dense beige head. Aroma is basically sweet, dark malt, raspberries and alcohol. Tastes very sweet with dark malt, lactose, raspberries, dry fruit and boozy alcohol. Full bodied and long lasting aftertaste with alcohol. Lots of taste, but not very elegant, too boozy.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 20/01/2020. Merci Carles pour le partage. Brune foncée, col blanc-cassé. Arôme offre un nez prenant et couvert par la framboise dont un effet terreux et finement aigrelet qui tranche bien avec le bouquet plus prononcé de grains - malt caramel, cristal voire chocolaté de cette quad. Un fleuri fruité de framboise est aussi bien présent. Palais est axé sur les framboises avec un agréable profil fruité rouge qui donne des notes finement aigrelettes et terreuses de la framboise. Petite touche de funk avec une note de chaleur qui revient en fin de bouche.Petite touche épicée en fin de bouche et retour d'un fruité noir.

Opaque dark brown beer, good tan head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Big raspberry jam nose. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. The tangy dark malts bring a little dark chocolate. The dominant flavour is the same as the nose, big raspberry jam, big! A slight tartness as well. Smooth finish. Raspberry jam made beer!
