Smaak ebt snel weg.

330ml bottle. Clear, chestnut colour with ruby shimmer and average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige head. Slightly toasty, bready malty and doughy yeasty aroma, hints of rye crisp bread. Taste is slightly toasty, bready malty, hints of rye crisp bread, subtle caramel malty sweetness, doughy yeasty overtones. Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft carbonation. Not dominating, but still doughy hints typical for a no alcohol beer, a bit monotonous - OK.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 26B - adapted: no alcohol). Bottle 33 cl - Batch S 3040 14 (BB: 02/2024). AROMA: medium-low caramel-like aroma with low toasty notes. APPEARANCE: ruby body with orange highlights. medium light brown head with good retention. TASTE: initial medium-low caramel, slight toasted malt, faint dried grass. medium bitterness with a semi-dry to dry finish and bitter. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a surprisingly OK no-alcohol trappist-like beer with some enjoyable notes.
