When you’ve reached your all time low, you need a parking lot veggie burrito and the warm snuggle of a stranger’s husky (probably named Stash), the winds of change may find this beer landing in your hand. A vigorous dry hopping with Mosaic, Citra, Denali, and Centennial hops add tons of citrus and ripe tropical fruit flavor while oats add the fluffy texture. It may look strange, but they say beauty is in the eye of the beholder (if you’re an IPA traditionalist we recommend closing them). However, you won’t regret trying this clouded up version. Your vision may be blurry from staring into life’s bowl of horseshoes or within the thought sausage of unintelligible words inside a glowing book of sleepless dreams, but Bow Echo will help your eyes climb to safety and the chilly water will take care of the rest.

Meh. This hazy has surprisingly weak hops. There’s malty sweetness and some hop resin and citrus with mild bitterness. It tastes like a dull blend of underwhelming flavors though, drinkable but thoroughly meh. Maybe it’s too old.

Bought as a Christmas present for me and made the trip on a plane across the Atlantic. Its hazy orange-gold appearance proves quite crisp in the palate even with a full-bodied strength and texture. Quite fruity too.

Single from Whole Paycheck. Glass mug. More dusty than hazy, pale gold pour, very sticky lace. Fruity white grapefruit pith, orange, dust. Smells great. Weird weedy soapy slurry, ugly greens, strong & lingering bitter pith. Super leafy & herbal. Protein shake frothy, strong for the abv. Bleh.

Pour is more of a cloudy gold with a large white head. Aroma is melon and generic malt. Flavor is more melon a wee bit of citrus and more dry generic malt. This was a bit weak for this style.

Starts with a decent citrus-tropical juiciness, offering notes of papaya, grapefruit zest, and pineapple, then grows a mineral-and-yeast middle. Finishes dry and piney, with a lingering note of yeast and a little vegetal funk. Seems subdued overall, with spicy hops and a slightly abrasive texture. Okay.
