Bottled. Deep amberish brown colour with a mediumsized foamy off-white head. Aroma is berries, some wheat, mild spices, yeast and some toffee. Flavour is berries, toffee, some yeast and mild spices with some slight toasted notes. Quite a balanced beer still.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy brown, fluffy head. Caramel, robusta coffee, licorice, light citrus, chocolate. Mild dryness, roasty malty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry malty finish. Really nice!

Bottle at home. Pours hazy copper with big dense off-white head. Aroma of bananas, caramel, dark bread. Tastes slightly sweet with more than balancing bitterness - more than what's typical for a Bavarian wheat beer. Thin to medium bodied. Could be a bit more carbonated for a Bavarian wheat.

Bottle picked up from the brewery and consumed at home Wednesday 2nd June 2021 sat outside in warm early evening sunshine 🌞. About to start cooking some squid so perhaps we should play Squid - Bright Green Field. Pours conker brown with a large sticky off white foamy head. Nice aroma, a nod towards caramel a little spice, but with a suggestion of a tangy unripe dark fruit note. In the mouth its full-bodied, good fruity tang, banana is a little bit too subtle. Toffee and banana, soft in the mouth, quite zappy, this is good.

Murky brown colour, beige foam. Nose of caramel, wheat, light citrus. Taste is medium sweet, light tart wheat notes. Very well balanced. Good Dunkelweizen.
