330ml bottle from a cafe during a 50 mile mountain bike ride through the peaks. Ran out of water towards the end of the ride and was gasping so had to crack this and drink to stop me dying of thirst. Crisp apple fruit, medium dry with a sharp woody bite. Decent.

330ml bottle from Raise the Bar. Golden colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, mucky funk, horseblanket note. Taste is apple, tangy, fleshy fruity, with barnyard funk hints and some citric tartness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.
