Panda thanks to Danlo: Poured a golden with white bubble head. Aroma is musty apples, a light oaky woodsiness. Taste is mushy apples, woods, tannins, leather.

Sample thanks to Danlo. Cheers mate! Pours clear gold with a foamy ring atop. Oaky dusty cider barn nose. Initial sip presents a good helping of booze, ostensibly peaty whisky which settles into a rich woody oaky earthy character, with natural aged caramelised fruit. Decent.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Orangey gold colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of oak, wood barrel, mucky funk, fruity apple. Taste is woody, oaky, orchardy, leathery, juicy apple, whisky cask, smokey, earthy, and fruity, with drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry oaky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
