A testament to Cascade hops in a bottle, this medium-bodied pale ale has a refreshing citrus flavor and a distinctive floral hop aroma due to the aggressive addition of hops during fermentation. You'll notice a slight malty sweetness with a balanced hop finish. Perfect to enjoy anytime, anywhere.

Bottle from Damian Beer and Ale. Almost clear golden to orange colour. Moderately bitter, complemented by almost moderate malty sweetness, light caramel. Moderate hops flavour, flowery, citrusy. Moderate body, moderate drinkability, light touch of burnt flavour. All in all good, but lagging behind the perfect All Day IPA.

355ml bottle into schooner glass. Mild citric hop nose. Golden amber beer with thin white head. Light carbonation. Zingy and tannic in the mouth. Finish is bitter with an underlying malt note. Sessionable but not memorable.

(Bottle) Slightly hazy amber with slight off-white head. Nice aroma - mainly pine with citrus notes. Good mouthfeel from plentiful fine carbonation. Taste is hops from start to finish - but in a good way. Whilst they are dominant, they are good, and not overwhelming. Thereβs some nice light toffee sweetness in the mid palate, and some tangy fruity notes at the start. Very good APA.

Bottle at home. Has a slightly unclear orange color with a light beige head, The aroma is a bit careful but yet pretty complex with grass, tropical fruit, pine, flowers, leather and mature gooseberries. More flowers are present in the flavor along with straw, sweet malt, leather, grassy hops, caramel and some forest floor. Has a medium body and slick mouth feel. Balanced bitterness. A somewhat complex, malty and well-balanced APA. Would have expected more aroma from a dry hopped ale but maybe its 7 month age is the cause.

Bottle. Pours hazy gold with decent white head. Really not getting a lot from this. Either my tastebuds are shot or this is rather bland with faded hops. Just about scrapes a pass.

Bottle. A- Pine, bitter, citrus, subtle caramel. A- Amber color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Pine, floral, citrus, caramel, bready. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, bitter finish. O- This was very well balanced and not bitter at all. Lots of the caramel and bread tones to it. Not my favorite Founders by a long shot and Iβm not a Pale Ale guy either but I really wanted to try a Pale Ale with such a low IBU count. Not bad.
