This beer is perfect for the summer. There is a perfect mix between the sourness and the "grenade" nice yellow and creamy color, thin foam, 11.11.16, at Prélaz, buying it at the grain d'Orges, Crissier.

Bottle split at LKS, thanks to Fergus, 03/08/15. Pale yellow with a decent white covering. Nose is lemon shreds, balsa wood, tangerine, damp hay. Taste comprises lemon tang, subtle acidity, citric zip, light bread notes, straw, light hop chase. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, tarte citric curtain call. Decent enough ’Linner.

No head; veiled white wine-coloured. Flowery, faint and delicate aromas, frutiy, and again... white wine. Again vinous, white wine, grapes, sweet-flowery, honey-bearing blossoms. Very light body, despite dead looks, feeling spritzy, lively. The blurb on the menu didn’t exaggerate a syllabe. This is a must!

Bottleshare at Leighton’s Stratoflat. Thanks to Fergus. Lightly hazy pale gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is airy with decent fine carbonation. Lightly tangy generic fruits turning a little lemon sharp. Floralness runs throughout. Light finish. Okay.

Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Mr. frog. Pours clear yellow with a creamy white head. Nice tangy lemon nose, some sweat, peach. Light sweet flavor with some lemon drops, light pear, decent acidity. Light bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Cleansing finish, tart, drying, with some lemon pith, rind. Great stuff.

Bottle thanks to Fergus. It pours lightly hazy gold with a small white head. The nose is crisp, tart fruits, white grape skin, white currant, soapy lemon and grainy barnyard fun. The taste is crisp, lightly tart, wishy washy, limeade, sherbet, mild acidity, touch of lactic bite, green apple and dull barnyard with a short, dry finish. Light body and fine carbonation. Simple, light Berliner.

Hazy orange color with huge white head. Lactic acid, grenadine. Balanced, except for lots of milk taste, overall smooth. Not bad! EDIT: Not as milky after a few weeks. Great! after a few minutes in the glass, the hops come through. Very interesting!
