On tap. Pours a hazy amber with full head. Aromas of fuzzy green apple, quince, Brett and wheat. Flavors of tart fruity wine gums, green apple and wheaty malts. Really nice

Hapu, marjane, meditsiiniline, ebaküdoonia, natuke nisu. Lihtne, aga happelisus on mõõdukas, mis mulle sobib. Hea. 3.8

Bottle. Color: Pale golden, fast disappearing white head. Aroma: Fruity, quince, funky. Taste: Fruity, notes of quince and rhubarb, some citrus fruit, funky, oak wood, tannins. Only light hints of spruce. Quite dry mouthfeel. Moderate to over moderate tart, liggt sweet. Just under medium body and just under average carbonation. Nice complexity and balance. I only knew Pühaste from high alcoholic BA Stouts, but they also make nice Wild Ales.
