Not sure how retired this is as we had it on Prague Beer Fest 2025, on tap as well. Oh man these guys and the hard liquor... But also some really cool beers! Murky orange-golden body, off-white head. Bretty-herbal, bit piney aroma, some orange notes. Lean, fairly clean dry honeyish-orangey, lightly herbal, bitterish taste, pleasant!

Erhöhte Karbonisierung. Süffiger, hopfig-herber Beginn. Leicht bitter, kräutrig, herb, gut. 10/10/9/10//10

From tap at Two More Beers, Riga. Highly floral aroma with pleasant notes from the white wine barrel. Honey and blossom in a wine-soaked liquid flower garden. Estery yeast, fruity and herbal nuances. Medium body. Light vinous tartness.

On tap at Labietis Taproom, Riga on 15th June 2024. Rated as a novelty ale. Hazy orangey amber with shallow yet dense white foam and full lacing. Zesty peel and mild maltiness in aroma. Sweet fruits and an abundance of caraway seeds in-mouth - Yum! Finish of caraway, nutty malts and sweet fruits. God this is so well crafted. Full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. Exquisite

Draught@TCBW2022. Yellowish golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is citrus, some elderflowers, mild honey and a bit Chardonnay elements. Flavour pretty much follows the same pattern, but ends nicely dry and elderflowery with some wood to it too.

Tap @ Two More Beers, Riga. Quite clear golden body under a small white head. Pleasant, slightly funky aroma with a floral touch, wood, white wine, citric hops and Belgium yeast. Taste is smooth, mild pale malt, wood, white wine, balanced acidity, honey, fruity hops, vinous alcohol and a slightly bitter edge. Balanced body and same complex aftertaste. All over very nice, tasty, complex and balanced all over.
