Aus der Flasche (Vintage 2019/bbe 11.01.2029) im 2026-05 getrunken. Dieses rotbraune Bier zeigt deutlich seine´n Bierstil. Doch durch die Barrique Reifung sind deutliche Faßaromen und eine tolle fruchtige Säure zu entdecken. Ein tolles Bier!

0.75 l bottle from 'Mr. Hop', as 'Cuvée Barrique', 2019 vintage, cellared for almost a year. Slightly hazy, very dark ruby with a few beige bubbles on top of it. Sweetish, sourish, rather vinous-fruity aroma of balsamic vinegar, caramel, red wine, oak and a touch of chocolate. Quite sweet, gently sour, rather vinous-fruity taste of balsamic vinegar, red wine, oak,elderberry, bitter almond and hints of chocolate, followed by a medium long, gently tart, moderately woody-dry finish. Medium body, slightly astringent and a bit effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Really good!

Optisch schönes Rotbraun, kein Schaum. Im der Nase reife Trauben, Beeren, Rosinen. Im Trunk angenehm sauer, dezent hefig, cremig im der Mitte, dunkle Schokolade, Cranberries, Schwarzwälder Kirsch. Da ist ordentlich Orchester. Sehr lecker.

Klare dunkelbraune Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Prägnant malzig alkoholischer Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig mit Noten nach Cognac, Trockenfrüchten und Karamell. Hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, voller Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure. Vielleicht einen Tick weniger intensiv als die 2018er Version.

Parallelverkostung der fassgelagerten Weizenböcke, die sich natürlich sehr ähnlich waren und beide keine wirkliche geschmackliche Verbindung mit klassischen Weizenbier hatten, aber dafür andere tolle Aromen boten. Dabei war das jüngere noch etwas weniger schwer.

Hapu, marjane, vaadine, alks, oksüdeerunud, nisu, weizenbockist pole palju järgi, aga oud bruini laadse tootena miks mitte.
