It is a blend consisting of 12.5 Hl from foeder 1007 ( brewed 14-11-2014) , 6.25 hl from foeder 1009 (brewed 10-03-2017 ) and 6.25 hl from foeder 1215 ( brewed 20-02-2017 ) the blend was made 12-04-2018, and was bottles 11-05-2018 .

Flaska. Orange utan skum. Väldigt drickbar, balanserad syrlighet, stall och lite petroleum.

Bottle. Etre. Pale gold. Soft haze. Fine white head. Nose has baked dessert apple. Ripe pear. Sweaty trainers. Leather. Lemon rind. Taste has a ripe apple sweetness. A little tart and woody bitterness. Light to medium body. Soft carbonation. Minimal acidity. Decent balance of tart and sweet to finish.

Flaska från Etre Gourmete. Frisk och pigg, krispig snäll syra, gröna druvor, strå. Trevlig utan större djup och karaktär.

Bottle shared with Mr Scopey for my 20k...! It pours clear golden with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is dry, woody, funky, hay, barnyard, floral, musty, sherbet, gooseberry, granny smith apple and bircher museli. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, tart, bright, puckering, candied citrus, pithy, zesty, grapefruit, sherbet, sour candy, sour melon, refreshers, funk and must with a dry, spritzy finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Rounded, bright and moreish. Very nice stuff. Enjoyed the journey.
Sour, fruity, berries, apples, minerals, some gooseberries. Overall: very good.

5 October 2019. At Amabieris Tasting. Cheers to Ama Deke & Ghent beer crew! Clear orange with a quickly dissipating, white head. Aroma of green apple, unripe peach, mandarin, straw, wood. Taste is medium fruity sour, notes of gooseberry, green apple, sweetish orange, some lemon acid with low vinegar; bitter woody touch, straw-like. Dry, tart, funky, woody finish, more unripe fruit & faint dry grassy hops. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Nicely fresh & funky.
Taki jakis plaskaty. Niezbyt zlozony. Pelniejszy i mniej wytrawny niz cuvee rene. Nie jest mocno kwasne. Owocowosc taka hmmm... mirabelkowa? Klasa acz nie ta najwyzsza niewatpliwie

Bottle shared at De Samenscholing. Hazy dark golden with white head. Sour grain, hay, light apricot, citrus peel, some sweaty funk, gele perzik, dark moist moonlit nights after thunderstrike. A walk in the fields after first rain. Moost dry hay funk. Tinny. Flinty. Fruity. Grainy. Fucking complex. The fruitiness is raced and equalled by dryness shortly after. Bottle shared with friends. Hazy golden with creamy bright white head. Lemon, creamy funk, wheat, soft oak, such a nice crisp creamy fruity funk to this, citrus peel, tart apple. Medium sour, under medium sweet, very light bitter. Medium bodied with crisp creamy carbonation.

Bottle shared. Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of dry cellar funk, cobwebs, oak, yoghurt and citrus. Flavour is moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
