Bottle at home from the bumper bundle I picked up from the brewery. Good pour and an oh so classic English IPA. Huge bitterness that perfectly cut across the palate. This is my kind of beer.

Bottle from Morrisons. Dark clear gold with small white head. Malty and biscuit in aroma with light citrus, floral and spicy undertone. Taste is bitter, citrus zest, biscuit, grapefruit in the middle gives some nice relief from the bitterness. Light to medium bodied, dry. Not normally a big fan of bold bitter gold beers but I enjoyed this one. Thankfully not too astringent and a decent fruitiness.

Pint for a bag. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a short lived head. Aroma is semi sweet, sweaty, wet dog, caramel, dried apple, hay,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty, dirty grains, straw, damp hay, light toffee, wet grass. Palate is harsh grainy, moderate fine fizz. Meh.
