Brewed as an homage to a timeless classic, our latest IPA takes more influence from old school West Coast IPAs in its hop profile, clean yeast character and amped up bitterness. Golden promise and crystal malt, plus a little wheat malt for body, create a baseline with a hint of sweetness to balance out the heavy hopping. Single hopped with 100% Centennial in whole hop, t90 and cryo in all stages of the brew, this beer has a huge floral hop aroma and tongue-tingling bitterness that lingers after each sip. Fermented out to 7% with WLP001 California ale yeast, giving a clean flavour and balanced roundness as a platform for the Centennial to shine through.

(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 18 June 2018) Pale amber colour, slightly hazy, with frothy off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of grapefruit, citrus, resin, crisp-bread and orange peel. Malty, hoppy taste with caramel, black-currant, orange peel, toffee and a balanced citric bitterness. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Well made IPA with a solid malt character and fresh hops. Nice one.

Draught Huge, very dense, off-white head over cold-hazed foxy orange beer. Soapy, shoepolish³ (sorry!), lemon washing powder. In the flavour zoute drop (salt liquorice) and citruspeel. DMS-salty overtones? Moulded orange. Slick, feels very carbonated; dry-wry impression. Sorry, this is awful. 5/4/5/3/9

Keg at Art & Craft Croydon. It pours hazy amber with a thick, off-white head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, pine, resinous, oily, quite sweet, papaya, melon, sugared fruits and sponge cake. The taste is dry, bitter, chewy, piney, resinous, bitter - sweet character, papaya, candied orange, tangerine, cakey malts, sponge cake, grass and a touch of spice with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Actually has a sweeter backbone than I was expecting, bit works with the level of bitter. Def has that West Coast Vibe. Decent.

Tap at beerlovers bar. Pours semi unclear darker blonde to amber. Medium white head. Smell is intense, hoppy , but mildly soapy . Intense hopresidu scent, which i'm not sure is a good thing. Taste is very nice though. This beer packs a bitter punch and showcases a lot of the green side of hop ( meaning, very floral and natural ) nice medium body and carbo.

Draught at Billie's Bierkafetaria, West Coast IPA from this renowned English craft brewer. Tightly 'membrane-lacing', snow white, moussy, frothy, stable head over a hazy, deep warm orange blonde beer. Aroma of fresh orange peel, grapefruit juice, red onion, biscuit, pine resin, bitter honey, paprika, peanut. Fruity, vivid onset, mango and orange impressions with a sourish, lime-like accent, fizzy carb, oily mouthfeel. Pleasant biscuity malt base with peanutty edges, subtly toasty with a long, aromatic and firmly bittering finish, very citrusy, tad piney and peppery, orange peel-like. Very highly drinkable, solid, technically very well-executed IPA, could drink this all night.
