can from the LCBO. Hazy yellow pour, with a large, whispy white head. Aroma is full of corriander, light citrus zest, soft wheat, and cereals. mouth feel is thin, and watery, but thats expected in the style. Finish is lightly bitter, lots of lemon, and herbal, floral corriander, and citrus zest. A decent take on the style, a nice example.

Lemon, coriander, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Slightly hazy golden yellow with large white head and moderate effervescence. Moderately sweet orange/lemon, coriander, wheat malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body.

Light golden colour, clean with a frothy white head, average stay and some foamy lacing. Wheat banana aromas with the sweetness cut by herbal grassiness, light hops. Again, a decent blend of banana and grassy hops. A nice, refreshing witbier with mild spices and citrus, herbal notes.

Can from the LCBO. Clear pale gold with a tiny white head reducing quickly to a sheet. Nose is yeast, spice, lemon, grains and grass. Light fruity sweetness with a light grassy bitterness. Mouth is thin with very soft carbonation (bad can?) and lightly peppery finish. 7/3/6/2/12

473ml can. Pours a hazy pale straw colour with a small, creamy, short lived, white head that laces. Aroma of grainy wheat malt, Belgian yeast, coriander and lemon peel. Sweet flavour of bready wheat malt, lemon peel, Belgian yeast, coriander and floral hops in a dry, spicy white pepper finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. A little mild, but thirst quenching.

Quite pale yellow, a bit haze. Not a whole lot of head. Well, it has some prominent pedis on the nose, and a bit of coriander as well. The malts are a bit heavy, the pedis is still far too strong, but the coriander remains decently bright. Really just a yeast thing, like it's not bad but it's also not great.

Refrigerated 16 oz. aluminum can poured into a weizen glass. Hazy golden with medium white head. Aroma is soft wheat esters, medium body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is wheat esters and a little coriander.

A golden wit with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity banana malt with cloves, light mineral notes, light chalky notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light cloves, banana esters, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.
