Made from 100% locally sourced, Ontario grown Northern Spy, IDA Red, and Spartan apples fermented with a French cider yeast resulting in a dry, pleasant base liquid. A small portion of fresh juice is then blended back to balance the acid impart a fresh fruit nose. This naturally gluten-free cider is an off-dry, crisp, clean and refreshing cider. Montreal artist Simon Mallette St-Pierre created Splatter Rabbit for Series Three. We thought his work would look amazing on a cider can.

US Pint can at Gavel, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with lots of champagne bubbles. The aroma is fresh juicy apples. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a crisp, fresh, somewhat light, juicy apple, light herbal, acidic palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Not too sweet and very refreshing.

Can from the lcbo. Hazy yellow pour, no head. Aroma is crisp, bright apples, and fresh cut apple skins. Mouth feel is clean and crisp, good carb. Finish is a little on the musty side with some pulpy old apple notes and some apple skins. More tart than sweet, actually next to zero sweetness. Not bad, not great.

Yep. It's a cider. Just right down the middle of the category. Not overly sweet, which is nice. Pretty tame flavour. Just ok. Can lcbo

473ml can. Pours a clear pale yellow with a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Sweet aroma of apple and pear juice. Sweet flavour of apple juice and apple skin with a clean, crisp, dry, tart, slightly acidic finish. Light body with a thin, watery texture and fizzy carbonation. Refreshing, but lacks any complexity.

Can at my uncle's, it is a ridiculously clear light gold like a very pale white wine. Very rich fruity aroma while the taste is ascerbic and dry with a very light body and a somewhat acidic finish. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clean, very light golden-yellow colour with a fizzy head that disappears quickly with no lacing. Aromas of apples, but not sweet, more like yeasty and dry. Hints of tea and then, pears just like in the taste. Flavours are quite light with the apples. Very mild sourness, but again, not much sweetness. Semi-dry mouthfeel. Kind of weak overall with all those great apples and alcohol content, but very drinkable.

Can: Poured a yellow color cider with some aggressive carbonation. Aroma of semi-sweet apple juice is ok with some light floral notes also noticeable. Taste is somewhat dryer then I was expecting with some medium dry apple juice notes. Body is about average. Not bad but not sure I really dig the apple varieties that were used in this cider.
