(Bottle, 0.5 l - BB 23.03.17 (quite unredable), at Pikkulintu, 20151115) The beer poured reddish brown and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, herbalness and malts. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, fruitiness, caramel, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, sweet and bitter. A good malty imperial IPA.

Deep amber body with a big, fluffy pale beige head. Aroma has malt, caramel, toffee, citric fruit, dry fruit and pine. Flavor is sweet malt, hint of caramel and toffee, citric fruit, dry fruit, pine and quite bitter. Fine balanced body and long lasting aftertaste with malt, dry fruit and bitterhops and pine. Tasty and nice, a malty IPA with actually a touch of Christmas somehow. LIke it a lot

On tap at the brewpub. An unclear dark amber colored beer with a small, dense beige head. The aroma is quite hoppy, pine cones and resins with a touch of orange zest, with some caramel and a faint touch of cocoa. Quite bitter in the flavor, it’s full bodied and with a soft carbonation. Pine cones, resins and chocolate caramel. Lasting quite bitter finish. A bit unbalanced, but sure nice and dangerously easy drinkable. 151030
