125ml at Charters Bar, Peterborough with travlr. Vinous dark red and clear. Aroma of thick honey with light notes of stone fruit. Sweet taste, only a hint of cherry in the aftertaste. Boozy finish. Thick body. Not a lot of cherry but still good.

Bottle: Poured a coppery with no head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, spicy, honey. Taste is boozy, honey, light fruits, berry.

22/1/2022. Bottle serving at Charters Bar, Peterborough. Pours clear pale copper with no head. Aroma is sweet, honey, boozy, flowers, syrup, hint of cherry. Medium plus sweetness, light tart edge. Medium body, slight sticky texture, no carbonation. Nicely done.

750ml bottle pour at Charters Bar courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! At Peterborough micropub crawl with SHIG & Grumbo 22Jan2022. Pinkish orangey colour, no head and aroma of honey, floral, hints of spice. Taste is sweet, honey, syrupy, alittle cherry, woody, spice and boozy notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet drying finish. Nicely sippable.
