12 February 2022. At Winter Belgian Beer Geek Gathering. Many thanks for hosting, Tim, and cheers to the whole crew!

Hazy yellow, thin, frothy, white head. Aroma of young apple, quince, lemon, sour cream, hay, sour grape, starfruit. Taste has sour apple, quince & starfruit, slight gooseberry, funky hay over sourdough-like maltiness. Tart, fruity, 'appley' finish with lemon acid & funk. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Very gentle all in all.

Pours unclear blonde. Scent is medium intense, apple, lactic acid. SImple, but not bad. Taste is fairly sharp, simple lactic (mildly acetic) acid, apple. Simplicity is key here. Bit rough, but not bad.

12/II/22 - 75cl bottle @ BBGG Winter 22, BB: 26/V/22, bottled: 26/V/20 (2022-173) Thanks to nathanvc for sharing the bottle!

Pretty cloudy pale yellow beer, small creamy to aery irregular white head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity, bit funky, herbal, bit peppery, fruity touch, some stone fruit, weird. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, bitter, a bit unpleasant, lemony and lime, dry, bit grassy. Aftertaste: sourish, lemony, pretty clean acidity, sourish, little bitter, funky, weird.

75cl bottle @ Brewver Winter Gathering '22, thanks Nathan. Bottled 26/05/2021, BB 26/05/2022, batch# 20C01.
Dorée claire, présentant un léger voile, col blanc fin.
Arôme est assez marqué sur l'effet 'sour', relevé par le caractère acerbe des pommes, petite note de barrique en rétro.
Palais sur une base funk, léger barrique, pomme acerbe, petite effet de 'spoiled fruits' sans en avoir le côté négatif. Bonne effervescence
