Petite mousse effervescente qui ne dure pas. Liquide noir et opaque. Les saveurs de chocolat se mêlent aux guimauves dans une chaleur d’alcool appréciable pour nous donner une entrée de bouche maltée et sucrée. La torréfaction est assez douce et la finale très légèrement terreuse. L’équilibre est manifestement vers le malt et les adjuvants. Délicieux dessert. Bien sucré.
