Can. Dark brown, close to black body with a thin brown head. Aroma has lots of maple, dark malt and some chocolate. Flavor is also dominated by maple syrup, but also dark malt, herbal tea and a touch of wood and hint of vanilla. Full bodied and long lasting aftertaste. Too sweet and too much maple syrup for my liking.

Canned. Pitch black colour with a mediumsized brown head. Aroma is caramel, furdge, cocoa, chocolate and some burnt sugary notes. Flavour is cocoa, some maple syrup, troffee and light alcohol. Very sweet dessert like brew.

Can at home, Nivala. Enjoyed straight from the can. Aromas and flavors: Syrup, cocoa, milk chocolate, chocolate.... lots of sweet cocoa and syrup.

Opaque colour, creamy brownish head. Cocoa, coffee, molasses, some spices in the nose. Full-bodied. Molasses, cocoa, coffee, roastyness, some alcohol, spiceyness. Heavy stuff. Quite ok.

Can thanks to Kristoffer, shared with the Mrs. Pours a thick dark brown with a large brown head. Coffee and maple aromas, some chocolate. Taste is coffee, maple, dark chocolate, faint vanilla. Smooth and creamy. Nice.

Massive amount of maple syrup, some chocolate and coffee. Thick, boozy, not too sweet. Decent.

Can picked up from Beer Gonzo, Eardisley, Coventry and consumed at Campeggio da Giovanni, Southern end of Lake Garda, Italy Tuesday October 1st 2019 just had Tuna, Greek Salad and an Italian version of Padron Peppers, listening to Lump. Pours black with a tan head. Loz gets chocolate and thinks it's a little boozy, I get toasted coconut marshmallow, however I suspect what I am really getting is maple and vanilla. Very nice, I think that I like it more than Loz but Loz does like it.

Közepes, tartós, barna hab, fekete szín. Kávés, vaníliás, juharszirupos illat, némi aszalt gyümölcsös beütéssel. Kávés, csokis, kakaós, kakaóporos, vaníliás, aszalt gyümölcsös ízek, juhar szirupos aromával. A magas alkohol tartalmat egyáltalán nem érezni. Testes, enyhén szénsavas, közepesen keserű. Egy kicsit sok a jóból, a túl intenzív ízek miatt leheletnyit émelyítő, de egyébként jól összerakott sör.
