# 3448; 1/2023. Aroma, wood, spicy, slightly dried fruits aroma. Hazy yellow body; white head. Apple, tanin, tart, dark fruits, lingonberry. Very good cider, pinot wine cask evident. 0,3 l, bottle, brew store, Prague.

Bottle 0.75l. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- fermented, white wine, apple must, a bit sharp, touch of wooden barrel character. FLAVOR- smooth, neutral, pleasantly sour, fermented apple, nice aged character, barrel, slightly funky, touch of wine. Medium bodied. Nice one.

Rebottled, plastic, shared by Marko and Ryan
Hazy blond colour. Weird aroma, but interesting; plastic, apples, oak, stewed apples, spices. Well, the carbonation is lost; simple apple flavour, faded, some wood, no depth.
A bit interesting, but ultimately too mild.

A pour from a plastic HBO Europe bottle @ Ryan's. Appearance: hazy straw with no head. Aroma: pretty nice apples with some barrel notes. Taste: not very pleasant, some yeasty character and funky. Overall: meh.

Poured from random duct taped plastic bottle (thanks Marko). Hazy gold with no head. Apple skin, hint of oak, lack of carbonation (because it was already opened and travelled with). Nice nose, taste is lacking, but likely due to age, oxidation, and travel.

Haze, dull. The aroma is interesting, I mean apples. On the palate, it's dry, woody, earthy, okay, not bad. Unsure if what I'm drinking reflects the original condition of the beverage. It's seen some oxygen.

0.75l GREEN bottle from Pivní Rozmanitost. Tart green apple aroma, lightly skunky and vegetal (green bottle ffs), some light soft oaky aromas. Well carbonated, soft, light, drinkable cider, lightly oaked, simple appley notes, a bit soft, a bit vegetal. I mean... not a wow, but quite drinkable, doing its job well.
