Tap. Pours quite hazy reddish chestnut, medium creamy beige head, great lacing. Aroma is loaded with dark dried fruit, Belgian spice, oak, Vinous notes, cotton candy, smoke, candi sugar, toffee. Flavors is quite sweet, medium bitter, super complex. Full boost. I meant body,, but boost works too. I am at boost 8, not driving tonight, which is a good thing. Fuck, I love Burlington.

Not a bad quad, full of figs and dates, dried cherries and clove, with a firm hop bitterness on the back end and a spicy, slightly bread-laced fade. Runs a tad sweet, but an underlying tartness offsets the lactose. Texture seems a bit slack for a proper Belgian, but the alcohol is well hidden and the flavors provide enough complexity to have another pint.

Bottle shared by Bob, thanks! Pours a clear amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of raisin, dark fruits, Belgian yeast and sweet grains. Flavor has lots of raisin and sweet grains with bread and Belgian yeast supporting.
