Bottle. Im really impressed with how the chillies are used in this beer. A good complement to a beer that otherwise is on the sweet side. Notes of chocolate, caramel and licorice. Smooth.

Botteld. A pitch black beer with a huge very dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, soy sauce, coffee, and chilis. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of chilis leaving a light burn on the palate, combined with medium notes of chocolate, coffee, roasted malt, and alcohol, leading to a dry, roasted, and chili like finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Lingering coffee and chili note. Dark chocolate to coffee roasted malty. Sweet dark roasted malty. Light fruity too. Very smooth and mellow integrated.

Bottle. Black with a small tan head that disappeared quickly. Interesting aroma of chili, chocolate and some wood. A lot of licorice in the taste, also chili, light coffee and sweet chocolate. Nice mouth feel, long aftertaste, rather thick body. A nice beer that was easy to drink despite 15%.
