Bottle. Bit hazy dark amber to light brown. Cinnamon, earthy, thick sweet apple, bitter smokey notes, leather, oak, burned caramel. Solid medium sweet, light tart and quite bitter. Full bodied.

Bottle sample, many thanks kraddel! Rather clear amber color with no head. Aroma is bratapfel, walnuts, sweet, some tannins, a touch red wine / glühwein. Taste is the same, tannic finish. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Solid!

Bottle from the Christmas market in Annecy. Pours clear golden amber. Aroma is rich, lightly spiced caramel, stewed apple. Taste mirrors aroma with an intense, rich, stewed apple character. Great slick, vinous mouthfeel. Another great ice (sorry, fire!) cider from this producer.

Amber, bright. Aroma has rich apple, sirop de lige, and just showing a lot of richness. Juicy, sweet caramelized beautiful apple, dense, rich... this is beautiful and the fire technique lends a lot of raisiny, caramelly stuff.

Bottle - Nice sweet red apple and caramel. Clear amber. Big red apples with some tannin. Very different but the red apple really shines.

375mL bottle, sent from yourilevesque (thanks a lot, Youri), pours a deep dark amber with a tiny head. Aroma brings out a lovely mix of maple syrup and toffee-covered apples. Flavour is unusual, with red apples, treacle toffee, a touch of spice on the tongue, caramel, and light maple syrup. Totally different to the usual ice cider, with a spicy, caramely finish. Very enjoyable, usual ice cider.

Ruby color, hazy. This cider has a strong character of stewed apples, currant jam, elderberry jam, sour cherries, and strong acidity. It’s thick and syrupy.
Excellent.

A golden cider with aroma of tart apples with light phenolics and light sulfur. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple sauce with toffee, maple candy, very nice. Bottle at Mondial des Cidres 2015.
