We welcomed our former Head Brewer Ryan back to the brewery for this collaboration with his own brand - Casita Cerveceria. The idea behind Double Iced Latte was to create something with the creaminess of a latte in combination with the vibrancy of an IPA. The coffee used here is a Kenya Thunguri, sweet roasted for a beautifully rich and full flavour, supplied by our local roaster Tamp Culture.

Bottle picked up from The Hop Inn, Swindon. Wiltshire consumed at home Thursday 8th February 2018 when cooking a meatball lasagne. Pours hazy mid amber with a white head, lots of coffee on the nose. Soft in the mouth, lots and lots of coffee, creamy, hoppy, really hoppy, it's a very interesting beer, it works well and does exactly what it says on the tin. Like it. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 3.9

330ml bottle (from trade with theydon_bois, thanks Colin). Pours bright orange. Coffee, toast, vanilla, smoke, raspberry, touch of tropical fruit. Medium body. Very nice.

Clear blond to orange beer, small irregular yellowish head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty fruity, very hoppy, some citrus, sweetish impression. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: pretty sweet, some citrus, hoppy, some grapefruit, mocha. Aftertaste: some caramel, hoppy, sugary, gentle coffee touch, not really crazy about the weird flavour combo, but in all the mocha/coffee notes are (luckily!) rather subtle, so I'm fine with that.

Bottle at the brewdog shepherds Bush. A light hazed orange coloured pour with a thin white head. Semi sweet orange, creamy vanilla, lactose, light resinous hop. Palate is medium sweet, sticky hop, moderate carbonation. Flavour is composed of sweet Base malts, orange rind, little woody hop notes.. Meh. A bit sweet and sticky overall.

Bottle at home, 23/12/17. Light haze on a golden orange pour with a decent off white head that retains well. Nose is orange pith, melon, toasted malts, mellow coffee notes, tangerine, caramel, papaya. Taste carries more prominent coffee, pithy citrics, vanilla, grapefruit, toasted bread, airy malts, coffee grinds, light white peppery spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with juicy hop bitterness but retaining a good coffee bite. Solid stuff ... definitely on of the best coffee infused IPA's I've had.

Almost clear gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, a little dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth sweetish malts, mild dry malt cream. Good pine. Soft hop skunk. Spicy orange peel. Smooth creamy coffee is well integrated. Little tangerine. Spicy bitterness in the finish. Interesting IPA, quite drinkable.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - Amber pour with small white head. Sweet fruity and malty with some light notes of coffee in play, medium to light body, coffee accents and hoppy medium bitter into the close.

Bottle at Draft House, near Chancery Lane station, London. Pours golden to amber with a good sized white to off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, coffee, hop and citrus. Medium sweetness and roasted bitterness. Medium to full bodied, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation.
