Thnx to BRW. Pours unclear amber. Small to no white head. Smell is intense, vinegar, wood, bit lactic acid. Mild fruity undertone. Taste is very full, dry, tart, oak, some fruit, lactic acid as well as acetobacter. Nice.

C&C 375 mL bottle from Beer Run, 12/14/16. Hazy orange, large foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of plum, cherry, pepper, oak, vanilla. The taste is lemon rind, pepper, oak, vanilla, cherries, mild funk. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness.

Bottle at Culmination Fest 16: Poured a rusty nail color but clear, head was bubbles. Aroma was vanilla and oak wood. Taste is acidic with oaky wood, spices, yet had some more of that vanilla and touch of coconut to balance.

Pours deep amber into a tulip. White head with excellent retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Dark pit fruit and cardamom aromas. Sharp cherry and plum upfront turning dry in the lasting bitter pith finish.

A hazy amber beer with a beige head. Tha aroma has notes of over ripe fruits, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of brettanomyces, malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle, 2015 vintage. Glowing dull amber color with a bubbly tan head that soon becomes a thin ring. The aroma is vanilla and vinous, some oak. Sour for sure... Tingly bubbles and a lingering tart finish. Some oak and more vinous. Good amount of acidity. Very enjoyable.

Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014 - Session 3. Pours clear amber-gold with a creamy topping. The aroma holds light tangy berries, a little funk, leather. Light-medium sweet flavour, with nicely balanced sour fruit character, some dried leather, musty dankness. Medium in body with average carbonation. Nice and clean on the finish, with further dried, tangy and leathery fruits. Very solid.

Draught@CBC2015. Clear amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is red wine, mild sour wooden notes, sweet ripe fruity notes as well as some plum. Flavour is quite similar, with both the sweetness and sourness being quite intense. Interesting balance between the sweet and sour.
