Originally rated August 2005. Sweet grain malt aroma mixed with 2 day old wet socks. Kind of bready or on the biscuit side. Pale golden in colour. Not much head, nor lace. No carbonation. Flat mouthfeel. The mouth is kind of sweet with some bitterness. Trafalgar’s best tasting beer... so far. Still looking for a good brew from them.

Tap @ brewpub. Slightly hazy, golden appearance with a lively white head. Clean Pils malts and noble hoppy, mild aroma. A touch of fruitiness to the golden lager, lightly floral, mild hoppy flavor. Mild pils aftertaste. Bleh.

Golden pils witha small white head. Sweet buscuity aroma, with fruity apple notes. Fresh sweet malt, fruity esters and light hops in mouth. Oily mouthfeel. In the end, the sweetness is a bit cloying.

This pil pours a golden yellow with a fizzy bright white head. Sadly the scets include mostly metallic boredom. With a touch of cleaning fluid. I get a kind of sour smell to it. Not disgusting but not right either. First sip wasn’t as bad as the smell. It’s taste was pretty balanced between watery and raging. But it was a typical pilsner. Slightly sweeter than what I’m used to. The palate was creamy with a light hop bitterness. Not to bad for a Pilsner.

Malt accent, with an estery character. Bitterness and hop flavour are low for the style.
