Panda courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Pale yellow gold colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, fleshy, funk. Taste is tart, appley, musty funk, some skin and mineral notes, earthy with drying acidity & tannin. Light to medium bodied, light carbonation, dry soured finish. Quite drinkable.

Can from Appalachian. Stemless wine glass @ home. Cloudy, straw color. Very active. Smell is mushy dry apples, dust, clove & other wheat-y esters. Maybe a hint of melon. Crazy twangy, like a sour orange, but reigned in with some sweet onion & curious florals. Residual yeast is a little more restrained in this one, it's a layer of calcium that doesn't bleed into the rest(& I like that). Solid carbonation, slight talc-y feel. 6.9% abv could easily be 7.5%. Seems like everyone cheats here. Good stuff that available in 4-packs.
