On tap at Struise Brouwers @ The Old School pours out golden topped with a white head. Not sure I would call this a bitter but it was pretty good overall. Nose is nice malts some fruit esters maybe a little belg yeast and some banana. Taste is more of the nice grain malts and light yeast.

Draft @ Struise Schooltje, mercike Urbain - 14.09/2016. Dorée présentant un léger trouble, col blanc-cassé. Arôme est plaisant avec de belles effluves houblonnées rappelant un côté anglais, citronné et qcq agrumes + une fine effluve de thé vert. Palais est léger des malts style anglais et peut-être belge? petite amertume houblonnée, pour un houblon restant léger pas trop amer convoyant des notes de fleur, léger fruité, pour une effervescence moyenne. Petite sécheresse de fin de bouche avec un léger fini pamplemousse.

Clear very pale beige to yellow beer, thick creamy off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: sweet, fruity, lots of banana, yeast, orange peel, malty, very German smell, grains. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bit malty, some citrus, grassy, hoppy, little bitter. Aftertaste: very bitter, grapefruit, malty, hay, grains, dry and bitter finish, bit resinous, grassy, almost medicinal bitterness.

Tap at the brewery. Pours unclear yellow, OK white head. Smell is bit dry, citrussy. Taste is sharp, rather intense. Rather bitter. Citrussy.
