Thnx to Urbain ! Pours very dark amber, good white head, that is very stable. Smell is rich, fruity, oak, bit bitter, the basebeer shines trough very nicely. Taste is sharp, bit bitter, mild booze, dry, oak, wine comes trough very clearly, as well as the fruityness. Aestatis isn’t my fav beer by far, but I think this version makes it shine pretty nicely !

Draft @ Het Schooltje courtesy of Carlo. Shared with the UnPer100 crew.

Clear orange to amber beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, fruity, bit sugary, caramel. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots of exotic ripe fruits, sourish, pineapple, pisco sour, bitter, hoppy, bit grassy. Aftertaste: sourish, fruity, hoppy, pineapple, heavy alcohol, bit yeasty.
