Pretty hazy and opaque golden and peach coloured body with absolutely no head at all - there is nothing that fades, it simply isn't there. Aroma of canned corn, some fresh coriander seed, a light dose of full oranges, a hint of caster sugar and a light floral and grassy finish in the nose, with some deeper sugars as well. Medium-bodied; Pretty strong wheat and malt notes with a lot of pungency from the yeast and belgie notes with a light hint of full oranges at the end with a good deal of sugars as well. Aftertaste shows some of the canned corn notes, but much more of the full oranges and especially the yeast notes, but not much else - pretty easy-drinking from the wheat perspective with only some sugars and nothing too pungent throughout. Overall, a nice and robust beer that hits the clean and easy-drinking aspects of the style while showing some nice sugars and wheatie elements throughout. A nice beer for the style and probably great here in the summertime! I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased yesterday from Freeman's Liqour Shop in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on 11-January-2023 for US$1,95 sampled in my hotel room here in downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on 12-January-2023.

Tap at Anthem Brewing Company, Oklahoma. Colour is very cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, citrus, wheat, spices and malts. Strange spices and too spicy.

Can shared by PinkZambia Hazy golden with a coarse spritzy white head. Lots of spicy salty notes. Very light golden malt flavors and a quick finish. Tasty

Draught at Oak and Ore, 10/30/15.
Moderately hazy, bright golden with some waxy yellow tints and a medium-sized white head that recedes slowly to cover.
Something out of the ordinary here, in the nose and looking at the deScription now, I see it must be the chamomile. It certainly isn’t unappreciated and gives this one some uniqueness in the otherwise fairly standard Belgian wit category. Adding a very strong herbal element to it, deep and almost peppery (chamomile is an odd thing to describe), it is augmented by lots of fresh coriander adding a very green, herbal-vegetal note. Despite the good amount of spice/herbs here, it dosent seem overdone at all. Vanilla, light honey and biscuity dough are noted from the malts with no alcohol and low citrus character. Quite clean and interesting.
Lovely texture to it, with very low carbonation, yet quite tight. Attenuation is spot-on, leaving the beer dry but with enough bits of honey-like flavor to balance this chamo-coriander flavor. Peppery, yet also very leafy/herbal and with light notes of citrus. Again, clean throughout and quite enjoyable.

Can. Pours a cloudy gold with a bit of sediment and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a sweet and earth wheat combination with a bit of bubble gum and spice. Flavor starts with earthy wheat but finish is bubble gum and sweet wheat.

12 oz. Can Shard by Phatdog1. Super hazy yellow with thin head. Aroma is a huge amount of orange and spicy yeast.

Flavor has a wheat base with the orange, pepper, heather flowers, lavender and mild coriander. The body is mostly above average with a herbal finish. Simple and straight forward and simple to drink.

12oz can from soonerchamps in the Local Beer BIF. Pours a very hazy, orangey gold with some frothy, fluffy white head. Nose has a lot of white bread dough right off the bat, the pepper and coriander come after, with some orange and a little bit of perfume. Flavor is interesting, sweet, orange soda, some sweet tea, some chrysanthemum, honeysuckle, some orange jam, some biscuit. Lightly sweet, otherwise clean finish. Not at all true to style, but quite enjoyable.
