330ml bottle, online from Master of Malt. Pours clear vibrant rose with no real head. Aroma: fruity, sweet apples maybe a smidge of funk. Taste: moderate sweet, light sharp, low tannins. Light to medium body with low to no carbonation. Nice easy drinking refresher.

24/2/2021. Bottle as Sassy Cidre Rose from LowCostBeer.com. Pours clear dark pink with a small frothy lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, syrupy and appley, with a touch of berry. Medium plus sweetness, light tartness, touch salty. Moderate body, oily texture, quite fizzy. Picks up more sour to finish. Not bad, improved a lot on first impressions.

Clear 330ml bottle (as Sassy Cidre Rose'); drank at home on 13th Feb 2021 while preparing food for a Racelette later. It's OK and has apples in it.

75cl bottle Sophie's Beer Store. Clear pink appearance, sweet red apple fruit on the nose, floral. Bright on the palate, with a breezy sweet character, nicely tart with good fleshy red apple prominence, slick mouthfeel and soft acidity. It is quite sweet, but slots nicely within the rose cider style.

330ml bottle, as Sassy La Sulfureuse on 29Feb20. Orangey pinkish colour, short-lived fizzy pink foam head and aroma of fruity apple, caramel, toffee. Taste is sweet, fruity apple, syrup, berries, with caramel and barnyard funky notes. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, sweet yogurty finish. OK, abit too sweet for me. 6/3/5/2/11 (2.7)

330ml bottle from Pilango online. As Cidre Rosé on 28Mar19. Reddish amber colour, foamy white head that dissipates away and aroma of sweet red apple. Taste is sweet, syrupy, red apple, berries, sugary, alittle oak with some tartness. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi-dry tart berry finish with residual sweetness. OK, quite sweet. 6/3/6/2/11 (2.8)

Bottle shared at home, bought in an agricultural shop in South end of Bretagne. Sweet and sour rich apple aroma. Bit toothwrecking lollipop sweet/tart but quite nice to drink. --- Beer merged from original tick of La Sulfureuse (Rosé) on 10 Oct 2019 at 20:50 - Score: 6.
