URSUS Black nu este o bere brună obișnuită. Povestea ei începe nu cu unul, așa cum au berile obișnuite, ci cu trei tipuri de malț toate 100% pure. Iar în povestea ei, fiecare malț are rolul lui: unul dă gustul, altul dă culoarea, pe când al treilea conferă aroma. Gustul blând, nu foarte amărui (23 unități de amăreala), și cele 6 procente de alcool îi dau personalitatea unică. Așa că URSUS Black cu trei tipuri de malț, e altfel decât orice altă bere brună.

Drunk at home, thanks Basti for bringing me this! Quite dark and black, big tan head, nose of molasses and fresh wort. Relatively sweet, could use more hops. Straightforward malty roasted flavor, tasty.

# 4903; 2/2026. Caramel and light coffee aroma. Clear deep copper body, tany head. Caramel, light fruity and coffee, sweet finish. Medium body, softer carbonation. Simple, sweet dark lager. 0,33 l, bottle, restaurant (Bucătărașul), Bucharest.

Cam shared thanks to Razvan. Dark brown with tan head. Light earthy, sugary, earthy, cardboard, chestnuts, paper. Light sweet and bitter. Slick medium bodied. Not good.

Can. Brown color with beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, black breadcrust. Taste is chocolate, caramel, black bread, not too sweet, not too dry. Smooth mouthfeel, low carbonation. Alright!

0.5 l can. Very slight malty coffee aroma from the black colored liquid topped with beige head. The taste is similar roasted malts and hints of coffee but very watery, the finishing is short as well. Softly carbonated, light bodied.

Аромат приятен, чувствуются черный шоколад и солод. Цвет благородный, красивая кофейная пена весьма долго держится. Напиток совершенно не газирован. Во вкусе ощущается карамель, горький темный шоколад. Сразу после глотка 2-3 секунды неприятное ощущение в орту. Послевкусие с кислинкой, в основе горький шоколад.

Bottle @ Sergiana, Brasov. Nice head with good duration. Color is close to black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, nuts, caramel and hops. Nice roasty finish.
