Bottled@Fonefan. Hazy golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruits, hops and some hints of yeast. Flavour is fruits, wood, yeast and some mild maltyness. A nice balanced blonde, after the yeast is poured in, before the yeast it was a bit out of balance.

Bottle from Delerium Cafe, Gent, 07-12-07 Some citrus and yeast on the nose with a touch of spice, aroma was the strong point of this beer. After the pleasantness of the aroma everything else started to slide somewhat with just some sweetness and spicey fruits detected in an otherwise ordinary tasting beer.

Bottle: Poured a golden straw color with creamy white head. Aroma was sweet fruit. The flavor is sweet and metallic, not very impressive, finished carbonated.

A hazy blonde ale with an extra thick white head. Spicey nose of coriander, cloves and light bananas and candy sugar. In mouth, a nice sweet candy malt with good coriander, wheat, cloves and light warming alcohol. Bieropholie imports.

Hazy orange, lively carbonation and some floating yeast, good white head, lace. Spices, sweet apricot and yeast in the aroma. Carbonated mouthfeel, quite bitter and alcoholic. Dry, a bit spicey. Good brew, just a bit onedimensional.

(Bottle 25 cl) Hazy, orangey golden with a huge, fluffy head. Lovely fruity aromas, with sweet honey-like notes. Never cloying - everything is perfectly balanced by some hoppiness. Excellent. 040698

Heavily carbonated beer, gold to orange; huge, collapsing snow-white & slightly irregular head. Very fruity-estery nose, pineapple more exactly; white candi sugar and a bit grassy. Quite dry-alcoholic, yet sweet taste. Still some fruitiness but not longer identifyable. Slightly burning MF, quite dry. Not obnoxious, even reasonable. Which is probably a major victory for a Huyghe beer. Or am I becoming too intolerant?
