At ’bierweekend de lambiekstoempers ’ . Pours clear blonde. Smell is sweet, pumpkin that could easely be mistaken for sweet grains / hops/ spices. Taste is starting bitter, than turning towards sweet pumpkin tastes. Balanced, unlike other pumpkin beers.

Tap at Max’s 4/27/14. Hazy golden tan body. Creamy, steady white head. The pumpkin is way more restrained than a typical example. Interesting balance between the natural gourd flavors and the saison yeast. Creamy., almost cask like carbonation. Very unique, very Belgian. Dry finish, as opposed to most pumpkin beers which tend to end sweet. Clean, yet yeasty. Smooth. Very unique.

Not at all bad. Pumpkin and citrus peel come together well here. Pours blonde with decent head and lacing. Light sweet finish, tastes very light for higher booze level. Tap at Churchkey.

4oz pour at Churchkey pours a hazy orange with some thin, white head. Nose is very soapy, mild cracker, herbs, orange. Flavor is honey, a little prickly pear, some sweat, floral. Clean finish. So so.

33cl bottle from Malting Pot, BB 09-2012 on label, cap says 03-2013.

12/V/2012 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker) @ home - BB: XI/13 (2012-486)

Cloudy orange beer, small creamy off-white head, bit stable, little adhesive. Some chunks floating around. Aroma: bit sweet malty, grassy hops, little floral. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: very sour start, lots of spices, some vegetables, very ripe to rotten fruits, a bit off. Aftertaste: lots of citrus, lemon, some grapefruit, lots of spices, bitter grassy ending, some alcohol.
