Bottle @ Vinspecialisten, Aalborg. Pours black with a creamy head. Bourbon, roast, fresh coffee and vanilla. Smooth and soft. Really tasty coffee. Very well made Ryan!

Bottle. very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee and espresso. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, espresso, medium sweet, little milk chocolate, little bourbon, little vanilla, little cocoa, little liquorice, little whisky and medium bitter.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Almost black with a lasting light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, cocoa, vanilla and bourbon. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and roasted moderate bitter finish. Soft and smooth. 280714

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, licorice, wood, cocoa and hops. Nice dry finish. Lovely.

Bottle from StarmoreBoss, Sheffield. When I was 18, I got pissed up on Jack Daniels. Whilst doing that, I ate a pile of cheese McCoys crisps (I can smell the fuckers now!). Anyway, that makes for a very solid, throat shaped spew. Put me off JD for ages. And crisps are shit. This beer’s nice though..,

Bottle from The Bottle Shop Canterbury and drunk at home. Black beer lasting tan head. It’s a little like a rich creamy coffee. Quite dry on the finish. Barrel ageing is there but not too obvious. Adds a little character rather than dominating the flavour. Some heat on the finish. Some bourbon on the aroma. Smooth chocolate, dark chocolate with a little cream. Decent.

Opaque black - brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is smooth and dry with fine carbonation. Smooth and light dry dark malts, semi sweet. Little dry coffee and cream. Touch of dark fruits. Dry finish. A good beer but for me lacks the richness of it’s siblings and it’s a bit dry.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Siren Broken Dream (Jack Daniels Barrel Aged) ].Clear dark black brown color with a average to large, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, coffee, smoke, alcohol - whisky. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, alcohol - whisky - JD, roasted, smoked. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20140416]
