Canned 4/10/17, drunk 4/27/17.
Big haziness in this copper-amber beer with an off-white head, medium in size and showing moderately-low retention.
Peach-nectarine, lots of stone fruit in general with pineapple striking up a bit more intensity as it in turns fades to more soft, green, vegetal hop character and light honey-like maltiness on the finish. Very clean and no booze. Not intensely aromatic or a juice bomb but very solid and not-overdone or piney/resinous.
A bit more bitter than expected, in the flavor. Very strong carbonation helping highlight this. Spicy Galaxy-like character coating the palate with lots of cracker and wheat-like biscuit character providing for a bit of an abrupt, lightly bland finish. Some pine and yeast on the very end, with warming, contributing a bit of a bready/twangy character. Adding more sediment, the beer remains still a bit too bitter and twangy but does soften the texture considerably. Overall, too much resin/twang/bitterness and yeast though it’s certainly not bad or unpleasant. Very thick and somewhat sweetish. Smells really nice. Surprised at the disparity between aroma/flavor.

On tap at Rattle n Hum - East, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out dank, earthy and resinous hops dominating. Flavour brings out lots of citrus zesty hops, some resins, and biscuity malt. Rather messy but not too bad. Decent IIPA.

On tap at the Bacyard Alehouse in Scranton. It pours a light hazed pale orange color with an off white head. The aroma is peach, mango and grapefruit. Super fruity. Pale, cracker-like malts in the background. The flavor is the same. White grape, mango, some hop spice and crackery malts. Some light herbal notes. It has strong spicy and lightly piney bitterness. The finish is slightly unclean. Pretty good otherwise.

This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a bright hazy burnt orange color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated nicely. Messy lacing roams around the glass nicely
The smell starts off with a chock full of bursting citrusy goodness of hops blending with some danky oniony bittersweetness. That \"iced\" pulpiness combines as it warms.
The flavor is pretty much the exact same. Quick riding danky bittersweet oniony aftertaste (almost like a Stone Enjoy by) but then the finish is kinda sticky sweet.
On the palate, this one sat about a medium in body with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation rides at a nice level - to lead a nice stickiness but semi-smooth, fairly nice \"juicy\" contour over my tongue.
Overall, fantastic DIPA that reminds me of what happens when Stone’s Enjoy By meets HF’s What Is Enlightenment, yup, this is their baby and a damn fine one it is!
