Draft @ Pays Flamand, Merville. Pours a deep misty amber, good small white head. Aroma of mild winter spice. A hint of bubblegum in the shadows to taste, with mild Christmas spice. Ok overall but there are spicier, more flavourful Christmas beers around.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, some toasted tones, mild floral elements as well as some toffeeish and spicy elements. Flavour is floral, some earthy, herbal and mild spicy tones with some sweet malts and a wee bit grainy elements. Long grassy bitter finish.

T: full malty base, mellow fruity, banana, spicy, tangerine, bready, nice balanced bitterness, apples, medium carbonation, smooth mouthfeel, good balanced for the style, better than I expected, enjoyed for sure.

Bottle thanks to MrsSHIG: Poured a dark orange amber with a frothy thick tan head. Aroma is caramel, malty, yeasty, spicey like characters. Taste is strong dark fruits, sticky toffee, malty, caramel, yeast esters. Boosty to the palate.
