Fra flaske på Mi2 cardinal, april-18: klar lys strågul med fint skum. Lys, lett og luftig. Rabarbrapreget er tydelig, men også noen forsiktige toner av grønnsaker (agurk?). Slank naturligvis, men også kort i ettersmaken. Ingen match for Johnny Low eller Rævedilter.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 09.04.18. Cloudy straw colour. Small white head. Fine aroma and sour taste of rhubarb, citrus, passion fruit and lactic acid. Dry. Good drinkability.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy golden with very little head. Aroma of celery, rhubarb. Tastes a bit sour with little sweetness. Very thin bodied.

330 ml bottle, batch #70, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 2.2%. Cloudy pale straw colour, small white head. Aroma of rhubarb and sour fruits, and lactic acid, some spicy hints. Sour flavour, rhubarb, lemons and lactic acid, refreshing. Minimal bitterness.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ chriso & Boudicca's pre- GBBF Shindig 2016 - Day 2 ] - Chris and Ruth's House, London. [ As Brekeriet Picnic Sour ].Unclear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy tart, lemon, zesty. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, lemony, zesty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160807] 7-3-7-3-15

At a tasting, many thanks, almost no head whatsoever, very cloudy pale orange color, lactic yoghurt aroma with rotten oranges and white wine, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier, fruity lemon flavor with yoghurt, empathic mellow refreshing sourness. Amazingly drinkable and great fun, could drink this in copious amounts.

on tap at first beer, budapest, 400ft/.1l. pours a slightly hazy very pale golden with a medium head. aroma of funk, citrus, pickles, maybe some rhubarb as well. flavour of lactic acid, pickles, cucumbers, grapefruit. nice and interesting, especially considering the abv.

Lys orange noe tåkete med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter epler og rabarbra. Sursyrlig smak, som å tygge rabarbra. Lett. Rabarbrasmaken klar og tydelig hele vegen.
