This decadent imperial stout is inspired by mint chip flavors, recreated by adding spearmint leaves and cacao nibs to a rich base featuring chocolaty notes of its own. Share This: Mint Chip pairs perfectly with supporting Food Forward, who is chipping away at hunger relief across Southern California, reaching over 100,000 people a month with recovered fresh foods.

Draught @ Bishops Arms Savoy, Malmø. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, cocoa, herbs, mint, little wood. Flavor is sweet, malty, caramel, chocolate, herbal, anise, minty, light alcohol. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet herbal finish with a little alcohol warmth. 060918

Bottle, 10.5%. Almost black with big brown head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate and mint. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, mint, sweet, spearmint, herbal, caramel ,sweet and a little bitter.

Bottle split at L6, thanks to Kenny, 13/06/18. Light to mid black with a well presented tan cap. Nose is chocolate chop, mint leaf, light spice, sweet malts. Taste comprises choco mint ice cream vibes, biscuit, dark malts, light spice, sugars, molasses. Full bodied, oily feel, balanced warming boost in the close. Ok fun time impy.

Bottle shared at Columbus tasting 13/06/2018. Many thanks to Kenny. A black coloured pour with a halo of dark tan head. Aroma is sweet mint choc, alcohol, fresh mint, alchol. Flavour is composed of woody chocoalte, fresh woody mint, peppermint, . brown sugars. Palate si brown, sweet, moderate carbaontion, fresh mint. .

After Eight im Glas, so könnte man das Bierchen hier am besten beschreiben. Nicht ganz einfach zu trinken, ob der recht deutlichen Minznoten - die 10,5% tun ihr übriges. Dennoch endlich mal wieder ein Bier, welches sucht mutig von der Masse absetzt - und dabei noch Menschen hilft.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Keny. Pours black-brown with a creamy tan head. The nose holds cocoa and cool mint. Medium sweet flavour, more mint, sugary chocolate, mild bitterness. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, more cool mint, rich chocolate character. Good fun.

Bottle thanks to Ken! It pours dark brown with a small beige head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, chewy, charred, milky, mint choc chip ice cream, oily and toffee. The taste is slick, sweet, chewy, warming alcohol, spiced, umami, punchy mint action, mint chocolate and chocolate cake with a dry, tangy mint finish. Medium - full body fine carbonation. Punchy. Minty.
