Bottle on 11th February 2026 from a small beer shop in central Brussels. Pours slightly hazy amber with shallow, yellowy white foam and scant lacing. Spicy malt and citrus aroma. Tangy, spiced citrus fruits in-mouth with a pungent kick, and a finish of fruits and earthy notes. Full bodied with an engaging texture.

Clear gold blond beer, huge creamy white head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very fruity, yeasty, pears, a little oxidized, ripe apples, metallic touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body, creamy texture. Taste: sweet start, lots of banana, gentle bitterness, yeasty, some bread. Aftertaste: more sweetness, grains, banana, yeasty, hay, correct but very mediocre.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a teku glass. Slightly hazy deep golden colour, huge frothy white head, good retention, after dissipating remain yeast islets, fair lacing. Aroma sweet malts, Belgian yeast, apricot, spicy notes. Taste medium sweet and slightly bitter, malty, grain, some fruit, yeast, spicy notes. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, astringent mouthfeel, husky notes, nice.
