Our 10th-anniversary Dry-Hopped Farmhouse Ale is brewed with well water, 100% Texas malt (malted barley, oats, and triticale from our friends at TexMalt in Fort Worth), and East Kent Golding, Fuggle, and Perle hops. It's 5.8% ABV and represents a decade worth of brewing based on local sourcing of ingredients, wild fermentation with native yeast, and pursuing a sense of time, place, and people in beer.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours slightly hazy golden with little off-white head. Aroma of hay, herbs, medicine, citrus. Tastes slightly sour with some sweetness. Medium bodied.

Sesongstart på Mi2 Cardinal, hvor vi alle stilte med topptrimmet lever og tilsvarende pågangsmot. Godt bortgjemt i Cardinals rikholdige utvalg fant vi denne skatten, en 0,75 flaske merket "batch #2 - Oct 2020". Klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Deilige farmhouse-inntrykk med citrus, stall/høy, urter og steinfrukter. "Her var det mange spennende dufter og smaker", var en av kommentarene rundt bordet.

750 ml bottle, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 5.8%. Nearly clear golden colour, large to moderate white head. Aroma of spicy saison yeast, also notes of spicy hops. Moderately acidic flavour, notes of lemons, spicy yeast and moderate spicy hops. Too yeasty and acidic for me.

Foamed white head stayed on a hazy dark lemon coloured body. Zesty, chalk & herbal aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & clean on 5he back. Zesty, chalk, funky & citrus tastes. Nicely made.

Bottle thanks to Anthony. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is earth, yeast, grass, mineral. Slick body, juicy, melon, grass, mineral, funk, light tartness, very nice.
