Bottle sample. Cloudy yellow. Lovely barnyard funk, oak, sweat, fresh stone fruits, citrus, dry, sourish, mild oaky bitterness. Great.

Damn flavorful saison blend over years. Super lime and rustic funk, lingering earthy delicious wheaty finish. Gorgeous color and crisp as SARA always is with the funk.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma has a nice fruity profile with a bit of oak and faint phenolics. Some grape and wine must with a bit of lemon and lime. Some stone fruit notes with faint herbal, earthy funk. Pours a slightly hazy good color with a medium sized, moderately thick, white head that recedes quickly to a small film that lingers a bit on the edges. No lacing and faint legs. Flavor has a light sweetness and acidity. Moderate bitterness and light oak notes. Faint alcohol spice. Some lemon, line and grape must notes with fainter stone fruit notes. Light earthy, herbal funk with a moderate note of old, woodsy hops. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent beer. I really like the aroma, but the flavor is a bit less enjoyable with a bit too much old hop character.
